Making Plasmoids for FUELING

Q1) RP:  How do you describe what you have invented in a nutshell?
MB:  It’s really a workable, advanced form of low energy nuclear reaction (LENR, otherwise known as 'Cold Fusion'), which Fleischmann and Pons, and others struggled to produce or were prevented from so doing. I call it “a plasmoid induced atomic fusion process."

Q2) RP: You’ve lost me on the using the word, “plasmoid.”
MB:     The best way to think of this is to consider what happens in a thunderstorm. Very hot hair hits very cold air and creates lightning. Effectively I am capturing that in my technology. The collision creates what I call “Plasmoids.” These are the tiny, atomic results of that collision. The plasmoids are harnessed to create energy. Ken Shoulders, a US experimental physicist referred to these as "exotic vacuum occurrences" or EVOs. Google it.

Q3) RP: So you create these plasmoids, Now walk me through the process. Remember, I want the book to be understood by anyone who can read.
MB:     OK.

Q4) RP:  First question, in this process, are fossil fuels used at all?
MB:    Yes, but only at the start to reach the initial operating temperatures and vacuum. Conventional engines and generators can be retrofitted….

Q5) RP:  By retrofitted you mean modified?
MB: ‘Yes. Engines and generators can be modified to run on a combination of water and fossil fuels. This produces negligible toxic emissions when compared to current engine output.’
Q6) RP   So you fit your device on conventional engines…?
MB:  About six years ago, you may have seen a dolphin blowing bubbles in the water...

Q7) RP: ...I didn’t, but I can imagine it.
MB:    They began doing it all over the world at the same time. Dolphins are becoming extinct. They’ve already gone from China’s Yangtze River. The vaquita and Maui’s dolphin are critically endangered. Those remaining are into self-preservation. Ocean acidification has pushed many marine environments to the brink of collapse or beyond.

Q8) RP:  Are you saying bubble blowing was some sort of message, a clue to your invention?
MB:   I first saw them doing it when I was swimming with them at Laguna Beach in California. It gave me the concept of how the energy is generated and water works as a fuel.  If you apply a vacuum to a body of water, bubbles are created from the dissolved gases within the water itself. The collapse of the bubbles creates a central collision point.

Q9) RP:  This collision point generates very high temperatures and pressure, right?
MB: Correct. These effects create conditions under which the water molecule becomes unstable, and forms the Plasmoids. The Plasmoids contained stored atomic fusion energy.

Q10) RP:  So far, so comprehensible. You’ve cornered your plasmoids. Then what?
MB:  We harness them. The plasmoids are passed through the thunderstorm electron generator. The plasmoids become loaded up with electrons and protons, and therefore become bigger and negatively-charged. They are, in turn (or simultaneously) hit by a burst of plasma from spark plugs.

Q11) RP:  …In the combustion chamber?
MB: Yes. The spark plug injection of plasma further enhances what I call “The Bendall Bounce effect,” whereby the Plasmoids separate the water vapour into its elements: two parts Hydrogen, and One part Oxygen. This then burns and creates water---H2O---again. This in turn is effected by other incoming plasmoids and plasma injections - creating more energy.
Q12) RP:  So you are saying that energy in the water is recycled. It never really dissipates.
MB:    Exactly. Imagine what that means from car to space travel. You name it.

Q13) RP:  What about advanced weaponry? Is that why the Chinese, the Russians and the Americans are so interested in you and your work?
MB:  Can’t answer that.

Q14) RP: You mentioned the plasma injected by the spark plugs. Define plasma.
MB: It’s one of the four fundamental states of matter. It goes back to the 1920s when first described by chemist Irving Langmuir. The other three states---solid, liquid and gas---exist freely on the earth’s surface. Plasma can only be artificially generated by heating or subjecting a neutral gas to a strong electromagnetic field.

Q15) RP:  So you are telling me that a grand feature of your system is that the by-product of burning water as an atomic fuel is water?
MB:   Yes, It is continuously recirculated inside the closed fuel system. This is the first fuel system that I know of where the fuel returns to being fuel. Although strictly speaking the fuel enhances itself as it does not restructure itself in the same way as it circulates. Therefore it needs less energy to separate its constituent parts - the first time round its H2O and every subsequent time it's HOH. The engine can run continuously like this until there is a mechanical fault.

Q16) RP: Which must mean no, or very limited pollution?
MB:  Correct. Pollution from cars, for instance, will be almost all be eradicated. Today’s engine efficiency is less than 45 per cent. My technology will make it 90 per cent. There are other benefits. Imagine how the Bendall Engine can create a worldwide market for low-emission generators, particularly those which are shipped into disaster areas or regions of great poverty where power is non-existent. Similarly if the shipping industry were a country, it would be ranked between Germany and Japan as the sixth largest contributor to global CO2 emissions. The underlying technology of the Bendall Engine will provide an ideal solution to this.

Q17) RP:  In effect, once your modified engine is out there, pollution will reduce dramatically worldwide?
MB:   This is the plan. But remember it is not the chemicals themselves that are the problem. The issue is their positive charge that leads to a positively charged upper spectrum of the atmosphere, the Ionosphere, which will be repelled away from the earth. This is very bad for the living planet.

Q18) RP: The living planet?
MB:   Yes, it lives. The Ionosphere contains ions - charged atoms and molecules. When it is pushed away by being positively charged by man-made chemicals, the earth’s atmosphere is vulnerable. It may be penetrated by harmful radiation, for instance. This is very critical and must be fixed now. I mean now!
Q19) RP: Many countries are promising by 2030 or 2035 to get rid of cars based on oil and gas use anyway.
MB:  Forget 2030. My retrofit will have an immediate impact.

Australian Malcolm Bendall has invented a proprietary plasmoid-induced and controlled atomic energy release process which allows water to be used as atomic fuel. When deployed as an engine ('The Bendall Engine'), this innovation is known as the 'Thunderstorm Generator'. Using this novel technology, conventional engines and generators can be retrofitted to run on a combination of water and fossil fuels, producing negligible toxic emissions when compared to current outputs. Existing hydrocarbon fossil fuels, (petrol, diesel & gas), are solely used to achieve the initial operating temperatures and vacuum. This is required to begin the creation, capture and harvesting of the stored atomic fusion energy contained within the plasmoids.

The industrial and communication revolutions of the 19th and 20th Century followed by the current internet-based information explosion have obvious material advantages for the world. But positive ion pollution means these water areas are becoming more acidic every day. An instance is the East China Sea that is now acidic. The atmosphere’s net negative charge is maintained by the alkaline ocean’s net negative charge. If this ‘old’ or current technology continues it is inevitable that it will destroy human life and the planet itself. For Malcolm, the mission of the Thunderstorm Generator is to supersede and reverse all the destructive results of technology developed over the last two hundred years. The Thunderstorm Generator when deployed as an engine will produce clockwise, spin-up negative ions, as a source for energy production. The new spin-up, implosive technology led to the Malcolm Bendall’s inventive breakthrough.

Bendall’s proprietary device, once attached to an internal combustion engine generates energy from a combination of plasmoid charging and discharging, HOH combustion,  plasma, preconditioned water, the original fossil fuel, the motor’s vacuum and the recovered exhaust gases. Using current combustion engine technology ≥30% of all hydrocarbon fuel is wasted in the exhaust as heat, pressure, vacuum and shockwave. All these are captured and amplified by Thunderstorm Generator. The Bendall plasmoid energy retrofit utilises these energy losses, whilst improving efficiency by orders of magnitude. Tests performed on a working plasmoid energy engine prototype have proven the utility and efficiency of the engine, heralding the start of a new sustainable industrial revolution.
